PAYMENT

Payment of juridical services of LAW FIRM «LEXEST» realized hourly and depends on lawyer’s qualification and work experience.

The work hours of lawyer with application of the special knowledge on the average make three hundred hryvnyas.

Application of special knowledge is meetings with Client; meetings and nagotiations with other persons in business of Client; preparation of documents; study of documents; preparation and acquaintance with letters, faxes and e-mails; legal search; participation in the judicial sitting; stay in organs and establishments which can be attracted, participating and have an influence on this or that way related to the legal services providing to Client and other instances in business of Client; public-call talks with Client, other persons in its business; participation in negotiations and collections; systematization of documents in business of Client; legal search on the legislation, judicial practice; other legal activity and any other time, effectively spent at the providing of legal services to Client.

Work unconnected with application of the special knowledge (expectation of the judicial sitting, expectation (in connection with the delay) of client, other persons that represents him, expectation of other persons in business which can be attracted, participating and have an influence or this or that way related to the legal services providing to Client and other instances in business of Client) is paid for a separate, more low tariff.

For the separate types of services the fixed price-list price is fixed, that price which represents only the cost of documents in the offered (typical) variant. The following changes which need participation of lawyer, other formulations in documents (except for changeable information – name and surname customers, addresses, size and division of charter fund and other) are paid separately by the hour rate of lawyer accountable for ordering fulfillment. That, a fixed price is set on a type, without the changes, documents and following representation.

The grant of services begins from the moment of realization of pre-pays which in every special case is different. If total worth of legal services of to 10 000,00 hryvnyas, the size of pre-pays is 100%, from 10 000,00 to 30 000,00 hryvnyas – 70%, from 30 000,00 to 100 000,00 hryvnyas – 45%, more than 100 000,00 hryvnyas – 15%.

CORPORATE CLIENTS

For corporate clients there is subscriber service and foresees the use of tariff packages with the different amount of hours on a month. The cost of work hours in such case makes from one hundred twenty to one hundred sixty hryvnyas.

FAMILY LAWYER

Family lawyer – it a service that allows client to apply in any moment to law specialist and get necessary juridical consultation or advice. Payment is carried out on the conditions of the first valid payment and on the basis of provided services report at the end of month. The cost of work hours makes one hundred sixty hryvnyas. Every tenth work hours are given free of charge.
